You Get What you Order

We know how frustrating it is to order something and feel that what you expected is not what you received; which is why when you order with us we trim your meat to your specifications. When you use us to process your wild game and deer we take pride in doing so and we process your deer exactly the way you want!

More Flavorful Meats

Most large manufacturing plants that commercially supply beef markets pump up their cattle with growth hormones and preservatives. We offer products from producers that provide a higher grade and quality of meats without all the filler making your meats juicier and healthier for you!

We Support Our Community

What We Do

Our Specialties

Each product is trimmed to your specifications.

Prime Ribeye

Prime rib is also known as a standing rib roast. The roast comes from the same part of the animal the ribeye does, the primal rib section. The Prime rib is known as being well marbled throughout the meat, so when it cooks the fat renders down and creates a tender and juicy steak.

Tomahawk Ribeye

Prepared from a ribeye and frenched, this steak is known for it's excellent marbling. This specialty cut is very tender and packs a lot of flavor, this is definitely an experience to eat.

NY Strip

This cut of steak is from the short loin of a cow, it consists of a muscle that does very little work, aka a tender and juicy steak. If you're not a fan of too much fat on your steaks this cut has just enough fat to create the flavor without an overwhelming amount of fat.

Teres Major

Cut from the chuck section of a cow, right below the front leg. This is a naturally tender cut of beef and doesn't need a lot of work, it's considered the second most tender section of a cow. Move over tenderloin, this steak easily competes in flavor, and texture, and has slightly more fat than a filet mignon so arguably is more flavorful.

Bone in Cowboy Ribeye

This is a thick bone in ribeye and cut between the ribs, this cut can easily feed 1-2 people. The main difference between a ribeye and a cowboy ribeye still has the rib bone attached, think extra flavoring.

Porterhouse Steak

The Porterhouse contains a "T" shaped bone, which contains 2 types of steaks. One side is the filet mignon (beef tenderloin), and the other side is the NY Strip steak. You get the best of both worlds with this steak a tender juicy, yet hearty steak.

Sirloin

Sirloin comes from the subprimal section and right behind the short loin. This steak brings great flavor, with a thick cut so it's ideal for grilling, broiling, sauteeing, and even pan frying.

T-Bone

One of the easier cuts to see as there is a noticeable "T" shape, similar to a Porterhouse however not cut as near the rear end of a cow. T-Bone steaks are great for grilling, and has less fat than other cuts of meat if you prefer less fat in your steaks this is a great option for you.
